2. Description of Services
Picoko provides AI-powered product photography generation services. We use advanced AI technology to help you create professional product images with virtual models for e-commerce and marketing purposes.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Payment and Billing
All prices are in USD. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
5. Intellectual Property
The Picoko platform, including its technology, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original product images. Generated images are licensed to you according to your subscription plan.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for service delivery. You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for illegal purposes, to create misleading or fraudulent content, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to generate inappropriate or harmful content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, but you may retain any images already generated.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
