Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Credit Pack Refunds
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@picoko.com with your account email and order details. Please include the reason for your refund request. We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to limit refunds to prevent abuse.
